Meet Jessie R. DeShon
Jessie R. DeShon founded the firm in August 2018 and was admitted to practice in South Carolina in 2015. Her family-law work includes divorce, custody, support, adoption, and related proceedings the firm accepts. She helps clients identify immediate concerns, understand the available options, and prepare for negotiation or court.
Every matter is different. Jessie reviews the facts, existing orders, deadlines, and the client’s priorities before recommending a course of action.

A consultation is a chance to discuss the situation, identify immediate deadlines, and learn whether the firm may be able to help. Representation begins only after the firm accepts the matter and confirms the engagement in writing.

Family-Law Consultation Fee
Family-law consultations cost $300 and are generally scheduled for about one hour. The $300 fee covers the consultation only. The office will confirm whether the consultation will be by phone or Zoom when it schedules the appointment.
Payment is due at least 24 hours before the appointment. The office sends a payment link after booking. Payment may also be made by cash or cashier’s check by arranging delivery with the office. If payment is not received by the deadline, the consultation will be canceled and the office will contact you to reschedule.
If the firm offers representation, it will explain attorney fees and any additional expenses before you decide whether to hire the firm.
