Criminal Defense With Catherine A. Wyse
Before joining DeShon Wyse, Catherine A. Wyse served as an assistant solicitor in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, worked in the Anderson County Solicitor’s Office, and later served as a career criminal prosecutor in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. She also previously served as a South Carolina Assistant Attorney General. That background helps her evaluate how the State may build a case and identify factual, evidentiary, and legal issues for the defense.
Catherine’s background includes:
- Former South Carolina prosecutor in the Twelfth and Thirteenth Judicial Circuits.
- Years of courtroom experience in South Carolina criminal matters.
- Experience evaluating factual, evidentiary, and legal issues in criminal cases.
- Former Clemson University guest lecturer.
