Jessie R. DeShon
Jessie R. DeShon earned her J.D. from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2014. She was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2015 and founded the firm in August 2018. Jessie graduated from Clemson University in 2010 and lives in the Upstate with her two children.
Jessie's practice includes family-law and criminal matters. She represents clients in divorce, custody, support, adoption, and related family-court proceedings, as well as college students and other clients facing criminal charges. Jessie grew up with three siblings, and her interest in law developed from a desire to help families work through difficult transitions. She focuses on understanding each client's immediate concerns, explaining the available options, and preparing a strategy based on the facts and applicable law.
Jessie has also participated in local community events and legal workshops.

Catherine A. Wyse
Catherine A. Wyse earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2005 after earning a B.A. in Music and Political Science from Columbia College in 1999. She began her legal career as a law clerk at the South Carolina Court of Appeals from 2005 to 2006. From 2007 to 2010, Catherine served as a South Carolina Assistant Attorney General, where her work involved domestic-violence, State Grand Jury, and Sexually Violent Predator matters. She later served as an assistant solicitor in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit from 2010 to 2016, worked in the Anderson County Solicitor's Office from 2017 to 2020, and served as a career criminal prosecutor in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit from 2020 to 2023. Her prosecutorial work included domestic-violence, child-abuse, fraud, and other serious criminal matters. Catherine joined the firm in July 2023.
Catherine's courtroom work includes more than 100 jury trials. Her prior public-service roles inform how she evaluates the State's evidence, identifies factual and legal issues, and prepares a defense. The outcome of any matter depends on its facts and applicable law. Catherine served as a guest lecturer at Clemson University in 2021 and 2022, teaching victimology and legal aspects of victim advocacy. She has also developed and taught training for law enforcement officers, judges, victim advocates, and members of the public. Her teaching and training have included legal-education and victim-advocacy programs.
