About Us

Jessie R. DeShon
Jessie founded the firm in August 2018 and brings nearly a decade of dedicated legal experience to every case. After completing her Juris Doctorate from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2014, she established herself in Upstate South Carolina and opened her own firm in 2018.
A proud graduate of Clemson University, Jessie has a deep connection to the community where she lives with her two children. She often represents local clients, including college students facing charges that can have a lasting impact on their future. Because she once walked those same campus halls, Jessie approaches these cases with genuine empathy, working to protect her clients’ rights and professional aspirations.
Jessie’s passion for practicing law began with a desire to help families during some of life’s most challenging moments. Having grown up with three siblings, she understands firsthand the importance of strong family bonds and uses that insight to guide clients through divorce, custody issues, and other family-related matters with compassion and dedication. Whether you need a steadfast advocate in family law or a trusted defense in criminal matters, Jessie is ready to stand by your side every step of the way.
