Frequently Asked Questions
Criminal-defense consultations are available at no charge. Family-law consultations cost $300 and are generally scheduled for about one hour. Payment is due at least 24 hours before the appointment. The office sends a payment link after booking. Payment may also be made by cash or cashier’s check by arranging delivery with the office. If payment is not received by the deadline, the consultation will be canceled and the office will contact you to reschedule. The office will confirm whether the consultation will be by phone or Zoom when it schedules the appointment.
The stated consultation fee covers the consultation only. If the firm offers representation, it will explain attorney fees and any additional expenses before you decide whether to hire the firm.
